Yes there is a $500 deposit that we will collect upon booking besides the cost of renting the bar. Once the bar is returned and everything checks out we will return the $500 deposit. If there are any issues we will just deduct the cost of repair and notify you before we move forward.

The condition of the bar when you return it should be in the same condition when you received it. Clean and free of anything broken. When we drop it off we will confirm everything with you and when we take it from you we will double check. We will wipe it down and clean it also. As long as nothing major happens to the bar then it will be OK.

We do not provide bartenders but we can recommend one of our partners to provide bartenders for your event. Just Ask.

We do not provide alcohol. Yourself or your venue can provide the alcohol used with the bar. Maybe, in the future depending on laws we will but currently we do not.

Yes, please do. Customize it as much as you would like. We just ask that you don’t use anything that adds holes or makes permanent changes to the bar like nails, screws, painting etc. You can use command hooks, fabrics, hang lights and so forth.

Outside of two weeks the refund is 100%. Within two weeks the payment is non-refundable.

Please designate your drop off and pick up time and we will call you to coordinate and confirm. If you need us to pick up the bar right after your event ends there will be a $500 convenience charge. If we have the flexibility of within 24 hours after the event there is no convenience fee.

We serve the entire San Francisco Bay Area. Also depending on location outside of the Bay Area we might serve locations close to the Bay Area, just depending on availability. Please email us to see if we can accommodate you before booking if you are outside of the bay area.
